🏠 HOME SERVICE NEWBORN SESSION

Pre-Shoot Requirements & Reminders

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and smooth newborn session at your home, please prepare the following before our photographer arrives:

📍 SHOOTING AREA

A minimum 6 ft × 6 ft clear shooting area is required.
The area must be clean, uncluttered, and free from objects that may fall or cause injury.
Please remove sharp objects, exposed wires, unstable furniture, and other potential hazards around the shooting area.
The area should have enough space for our photographer, lighting equipment, props, and other necessary equipment.

🌡️ ROOM TEMPERATURE

Please keep the room comfortably warm, especially when the baby will be photographed in minimal clothing.
Avoid positioning the baby directly under an air conditioner or electric fan.

🚗 PARKING & ACCESS

A safe and accessible parking space must be available for our photographer and equipment.
Please inform us in advance if parking is unavailable or if the shooting area requires stairs, elevators, narrow hallways, or difficult access.

👶 BABY'S NEEDS
Please have the following readily available during the session:

Milk / formula
Diapers
Wet wipes
Burp cloth
Extra baby clothes
Other personal baby essentials

🍼 FEEDING, NURSING & BABY CARE

Feeding, nursing, diaper changes, swaddling, soothing, and baby handling are included within the scheduled session time.
Parents are encouraged to have the baby fed and rested before the session whenever possible.
Delays caused by feeding, nursing, diaper changes, or soothing will still be counted within the scheduled session time.

🐶 PETS

Pets must be kept away from the shooting area unless they are specifically included in the session.
For the safety of the baby and our equipment, our photographer may request that pets be secured during certain setups.

👨👩👧 PARENT / GUARDIAN

A parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the entire session.
Parents or guardians may be asked to assist with soothing, feeding, or safely supporting the baby when necessary.

🤒 BABY'S HEALTH

Please inform us before the session if your baby is unwell, has a fever, or is showing signs of illness.
The session may be rescheduled when necessary for the baby's health and safety.

⚠️ NEWBORN SAFETY FIRST

Your baby's safety and comfort will always be our priority.

Not all poses or setups are suitable for every baby. Our photographer reserves the right to modify, replace, or skip any pose or setup if it is considered unsafe, uncomfortable, or unsuitable for the baby.

The baby's safety will always come before achieving a particular pose or photo.

Pre-Booking Reminders (All Services)

-Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
-Ensure your booking details are correct and confirmed prior to your appointment.
-Only individuals included in the booking will be accommodated inside the studio.
-All sessions follow a fixed schedule and must end on time as booked.

Newborn Session Preparation

-Ensure the baby is well-rested prior to the session.
-Feeding is encouraged upon arrival or as needed during the session.
-Do not strictly regulate feeding or sleep schedules before the session, as the baby’s comfort is the priority.
-Please bring extra milk, diapers, pacifier and essential supplies for the baby’s needs.
-The session will always be guided based on the baby’s comfort and condition.
-We recommend keeping the baby’s nails trimmed or filed, as some poses may involve hands near the face or exposed skin. This is optional, but helps ensure both comfort and safety during the session.

Pre-Birthday / Theme Session Preparation

Avoid giving sweets or sugary food before the session to prevent overstimulation.
Ensure the child is well-rested before the scheduled session.
Bring extra outfits if included in your package or as needed.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to assist in keeping the child comfortable and engaged during the session.

Maternity Session Preparation

Wear loose and comfortable clothing prior to the session to avoid marks on the skin.
Bring water and light snacks if needed.
Ensure adequate rest before the session for better comfort and energy.
All poses will be adjusted according to comfort and safety at all times.

💳 DOWNPAYMENT POLICY
A non-refundable downpayment is required to secure your slot.
This serves as a reservation fee and is deducted from the total package.
Booking is only confirmed once downpayment is received.
Downpayments are non-refundable unless the Studio cancels the session.

🔁 RESCHEDULING POLICY
One (1) free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 3 days before the session.
Reschedules within 3 days are subject to a 30% fee.
Same-day reschedules require full payment + 30% fee and approval.
Emergency reschedules may be granted with valid proof and approval.
Each booking is allowed one free reschedule only.

⏰ LATE POLICY / NO-SHOW
Arriving more than 30 minutes late may be considered a No-Show.
No-Shows result in forfeiture of downpayment.
Late arrival may reduce session time without adjustment in fee.
Studio schedules are fixed to ensure fairness for all clients.
